Had arranged a meeting here with a friend, and we were sat outside due to the restrictions in place. Service was on point and the staff couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we were warm. Food was delicious and the steaks cooked to perfection. It was nice to be in a restaurant where the staff were happy to chat to you and have some banter.

My partner and I booked an evening meal on a Monday here. We ordered a range of savoury dishes from the a la carte menu and everything was delicious. It wasn't only the food that impressed, both wines had - which were sold by the glass - were delicious. The service from Csaba was attentive and charismatic, without being invasive, excellent service! Food was brought out very promptly and everything was prepared beautifully. Highlights were - a giant fish platter starter, crammed with delicious treats, and a rabbit stew with gnocchi that was just incredible. I highly recommend this place. Their chefs and waiting staff really know what they're doing!

Stopped off here for lunch, Covid 19 safe, track and trace. A great welcome on entering, shown to table and ordered the Cajun chicken burger and Venison burger, really tasty, and the fries were a bit special with a seasoning on. 5* service, well done.

Ate here on a recent holiday to Nairn. The food was superb & the staff very friendly & welcoming. I had the haggis starter which was delicious, followed by the Thai curry which was also very tasty. Managed to squeeze in a pudding & had some fab cocktails after too. Would recommend

I was staying with friends in Inverness for two nights, and all the restaurants there seemed to be fully booked days in advance. We were getting hungry and didn't know where to go, luckily opentable recommended this place. It wasn't far from where we were staying as we had a car. We really enjoyed the meal and the staff here were very polite and made sure everything was going well despite the current coronavirus limits. We all had different kind of burgers which we felt were made very well along with the fries as a side which was also very well. The place felt clean and welcoming and we were delighted we found this place on a whim

We visited this little restaurant a few times during our 3 night trip to Nairn. My son absolutely loved the soup off the children’s menu and what a bargain for only £2 as it came with a warm roll also. My husband and I had a sandwich off the light bites menu which was delicious. We sat outside both times - a lovely spot with views into the town. Overall a fab place, we will be sure to recommend to family and friends and visit again if we return to Nairn!

I’ve always been a fan of Bar One but I just want to say what a fantastic job you guys are doing with your COVID19 procedures! I’ve been in twice since lockdown was lifted, I was very apprehensive on my first visit but I had absolutely no need to be! These guys are taking it very seriously and made sure we felt completely safe. Top marks guys Of course the cocktails were fantastic as always! They even clipped mini hand sanitizer to some of the cocktails, it’s these little details that kinda put a lighthearted spin on this whole situation!

Found this gem of a pub in Inverness Doesn’t look much from outside but what a warm welcome once inside ..from staff and clientele.great beer and great shorts at reasonable prices ..especially doubles fifer on the vodka. Top class venue. Incredibly nice service - even though the place was buzzing, we got a table without a reservation and didn't have to wait long for anything. The food was awesome - for the eye and for the palate. I recommend the Hebridean Trout (which is interestingly salmon).
