From the banks of the River Ness, Prime serves up the very best local produce to create unforgettable seasonal menus for locals and visitors to Inverness.
The successful applicant will support the general manager in the day to day running of the busy restaurant/bar. We’re looking for a people person; someone who gets on well with a team but isn’t afraid to take charge, and lives to provide great customer service.

I started off as a waitress at Prime for Cru Holdings, I felt welcome throughout the whole company. I later found myself working in my first full-time management opportunity, working with an amazing team, doing something I enjoy and progressing my hospitality career professionally and personally.
