Do you know a dram good opportunity when you see one?

We’re on the hunt for someone who knows their Islay malts from their Speysides to join our team as a supervisor.

We’re looking for someone who appreciates the subtleties of a good whisky – but isn’t so snobby that they’ll turn their nose up at someone who enjoys their malt with a drop of water or on the rocks.

From our riverside whisky bar, we serve up Inverness’ best selection of whiskies, cocktails and sharing platters. If that sounds right up your street, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful applicant will support the general and assistant managers in the day to day running of the busy restaurant/bar. We’re looking for a people person; someone who gets on well with a team but isn’t afraid to take charge, and lives to provide great customer service.

Our ideal candidate will…

  • Have experience running shifts in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Be a bartending and table waiting whiz kid, with an exceptional eye for detail and stellar customer service
  • Promote high standards throughout the business
  • Be passionate for quality, innovation, value for money, people and communication
  • Be career-focused with an eye always firmly on progression.
